Sue Hill is a freelance artist who specializes in pictures of birds, animals and flowers, many of which appear on greetings cards. Her first three designs for Heritage Crafts are of robins. Always a popular subject, these robins are pictured against snowy backgrounds. ‘Hideaway’ is a lovely romantic design showing two robins cuddled together in an attractive little bird shelter, surrounded by delicate leaves and berries on which fresh white snow is lying. In ‘Watching’ a robin is perched on a spade handle waiting for his human being to come and do some gardening and keep him company. Again, this picture has a pretty background of leaves and berries and a covering of snow. 'Gate Keepers' is fascinating to stitch as it is an intricate design. We recommend that it is stitched by experienced stitchers. All three are available as complete cross stitch kits with 27 count evenweave or 14 count aida fabric.
Kits Contain : Zweigart fabric, DMC stranded cottons sorted on to numbered cards, a needle, and clear charts and instructions.
